CBM Officially Commences Construction of the Vo Van Kiet Complex Project

On the morning of August 18, 2026, CBM officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Vo Van Kiet Complex Project in An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was honored by the presence of representatives of the Employer, Truong Hai Group Corporation (THACO), together with project consultants and CBM’s management and staff.

As the Main Contractor, CBM will undertake the key construction package, comprising:
- Plot A Townhouses: 1 basement, 6 upper floors, a mezzanine, and a rooftop structure.
- Plot B Apartment: 4 basements, 30 upper floors, and a mezzanine.
- Plot TM Commercial Area: 2 basements and 10 upper floors.
