On October 2, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ba Ria General Hospital Expansion Project was solemnly held, with the participation of the Investor - Project Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Works of Ho Chi Minh City - and relevant stakeholders.
The project comprises 1 basement and 8 upper floors on a site area of 3,275 m², designed to serve 300 inpatient beds for the Obstetrics-Pediatrics block, together with a synchronized system of specialized functional areas such as emergency care, operating rooms, delivery rooms, postpartum care, and neonatal intensive care, supported by modern technical infrastructure. Once completed, the facility will effectively address the current infrastructure overload, improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and meet the comprehensive, specialized healthcare needs of women and children.
With an expected construction period of 630 days, the Joint Venture Management Board and CBM's engineering team are committed to fully maximizing resources, strictly complying with labor safety standards, and rigorously controlling technical quality to complete the project on schedule, making a practical contribution to the development of the local social welfare system.
