CBM continues to affirm its strong internal capabilities and impressive growth momentum by officially becoming the construction contractor for the Sun Casa Square project, located in Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. At this project, the investor VSIP has awarded CBM the Phase 3.2A package for Lots D10 and D10B.

CBM begins the new spring days with exciting news as the company has officially been awarded Plot T of the SpringVille Project. The project is located in Nhon Trach Commune, Dong Nai Province, with Gamuda Land as the Investor.

On the morning of February 23, 2026 (the 7th day of Lunar New Year), CBM celebrated the Spring Kick-Off and officially marked the beginning of the new working year in a formal, joyful, and determined atmosphere.

In the warm atmosphere of the days leading up to Lunar New Year, the CBM family gathered at Rex Hotel for the year-end celebration under the theme “Strengthening Ties, Embracing Spring”. More than just a festive occasion, the event was a space to share professional stories, strengthen team spirit, and build the inner strength needed to embrace a new season of breakthroughs. Each toast was not only a gesture of gratitude for contributions made throughout 2025, but also a promise to conquer ambitious goals together in 2026.

On February 11, 2026, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Construction and Building Materials JSC (CBM) solemnly took place. At the Meeting, the Board of Directors and esteemed Shareholders reviewed CBM’s overall performance in 2025 in a spirit of seriousness, transparency, and consensus. The strong approval from Shareholders regarding the reports and strategic directions for 2026 reflects their confidence in CBM’s continuous improvement and our growing position as a reputable General Contractor in Vietnam.

In the upbeat atmosphere of the New Year, on the morning of January 20, 2026, CBM, in coordination with the Investor, successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Manufacturing Facility Project (Lot B) located in the Viet Kieu Industrial Park, Binh Long Ward, Dong Nai Province. As the General Contractor, CBM is responsible for delivering a complex comprising six production facilities and four modern offices, designed and constructed to maximize operational efficiency, optimize functionality, and meet stringent industrial performance requirements.

On the morning of January 15, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction and upgrade project of Trung Phu High School (Phu Hoa Dong Commune, Ho Chi Minh City) was officially held. This is one of the key projects launched in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

On the morning of December 29, 2025, in Dong Nai Province, amid the vibrant and festive atmosphere of the year-end season, CBM, together with the Investor Gamuda Land and project partners, officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for Phase 1 – the Market Zone of the Springville Project.

On December 22, 2025, the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works officially issued the decision approving the contractor selection results for the package titled “Construction Works and Supply & Installation of Equipment; Demolition of Existing Structures”. The project is scheduled to be implemented over a period of 360 days.

After successfully passing a rigorous evaluation process, CBM has been selected by the renowned Investor – Gamuda Land – as the Contractor for Phase 1 of the Dan Xuan Market & Residential Area (SpringVille Project). CBM will execute a comprehensive scope of works, including construction, MEP, finishing, and technical infrastructure for the following components:

On November 17, 2025, MM Mega Market Vietnam (MMVN) officially inaugurated the MM Supercenter Da Nang, marking the launch of the Corporation’s first Commercial Center model in the Vietnamese market.

The MM Mega Market Da Nang Super Center - the very first shopping mall model of MM Mega Market in Vietnam - is set to officially open on November 17. Constructed under stringent quality standards, the project not only ensures structural excellence but also emphasizes long-term sustainability. CBM is honored to have been selected by the Investor as the Main Contractor for both Construction and MEP works of this landmark project.
