CBM Wins Phase 1 Construction Package of SpringVille Project (Dong Nai)

After successfully passing a rigorous evaluation process, CBM has been selected by the renowned Investor – Gamuda Land – as the Contractor for Phase 1 of the Dan Xuan Market & Residential Area (SpringVille Project).
CBM will execute a comprehensive scope of works, including construction, MEP, finishing, and technical infrastructure for the following components:
- Spring House building;
- Auxiliary structures;
- Sewage treatment plant;
- Internal infrastructure system;
- Landscape and swimming pool.
